Thank you for choosing Full Rack Distribution. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Eligibility & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following requirements:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from Full Rack Distribution.
  • Include the original invoice with your return. Clearly highlight the item being returned.
  • We do not offer cash refunds for wholesale orders.
  • Customers are responsible for providing and paying for return shipping labels. These costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Returns can be exchanged for the same item. If that item is out of stock, store credit will be issued to your account.

Defective Item Returns

Only defective items are eligible for return. Defective products must meet the following criteria:

  • The defect must impact the item’s normal function. Physical damage or heavy wear indicating misuse will disqualify the item from return eligibility.
  • Minor cosmetic issues (e.g., scratches, scuffs, discoloration) do not qualify.
  • All components of the original package must be returned. For example, if a kit is defective, the entire kit (not just one piece) must be sent back.
  • Items must be properly packaged to avoid transit damage. Items damaged in transit due to poor packaging may not be eligible for full credit.
  • Must not appear on the list of non-returnable items (see below).

Defective items must be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Please do not send these items back:

  • Liquids
  • Disposables (All disposable vape products are final sale—no returns for any reason)
  • Used/opened tanks, RDAs, or RDTAs
  • Cartomizers
  • Used/opened coils, pods, or cartridges
  • Batteries
  • Chargers
  • 420-related products

Unused/Unopened Returns

Unopened and unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or denial of your return. If approved:

  • Exchanges will be shipped out promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit and automatically applied to your next online purchase.

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange will be sent back to you. Full Rack will not pay for the return shipping of non-eligible items. You must provide a return shipping label to have the item sent back.


Claims

All claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.


Shipping Information

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • To view shipping and tracking details, log into your account, go to your “Orders” page, and click on the specific order.
  • We primarily ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority. Contact us if you’d like to explore alternative carriers.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoffs:

  • UPS Ground: Order & pay before 12:00 PM PST
  • USPS Priority: Order & pay before 10:00 AM PST

Note: We do not automatically insure shipments or require a signature unless specifically requested and paid for by the customer. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Standard shipping applies only to U.S. domestic orders and U.S. territories. Some products may have shipping restrictions or require international clearance. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.
